Our People

Here are a few members of the TechCold International staff:

port adsett   Ernie Adsett (P. Eng.) – President of TechCold International. Ernie has over 30 years experience in energy reduction analysis and system implementation with emphasis in refrigeration and habitable environments.
port brad   Brad Watts (CM) – Director of Refrigeration Control Products. Brad started his career in refrigeration over 22 years ago as a certified refrigeration technician. He began pursuing controls over 10 years ago and is at the head of our R&D project development.
port gui   Gui Richard (BSCCS) – Gui Richard is Senior Programmer and TCI implementation specialist with TechCold; a position he has held for several years.
port okane   Rob O’Kane (CET) – Rob has considerable experience in Industrial Refrigeration PLC programming (certified Allen Bradley) as well as having expertise with Boilers and Wastewater Management. Rob is also an instrumentation calibration specialist.
Des Doucette   Des Doucette – Des has over 30 years of experience being part of the Senior Management team of a global food processing firm.
He has overseen the design, construction and operation of many of their plants. He has worked both at the factory and corporate levels of the organization.
During more recent years as Sr. Director of Resource Management & Sustainability he had overall responsibility for the development and implementation of existing and new energy reduction technologies.
